Raritan Valley

Raritan Valley is one of Hazlet, NJ's most spacious single-family neighborhoods, tucked along the township's western edge off Bethany Road and Line Road. Homes for sale in Raritan Valley tend to be larger than most in Hazlet, with colonials, split-levels, and ranches built primarily between 1966 and 1976. Floor plans run from about 1,400 to nearly 3,000 square feet, and most four- and five-bedroom homes land around 2,100 square feet with two-and-a-half to four bathrooms and a one or two-car garage. Some homes include private in-ground pools.

The neighborhood sits between the Garden State Parkway and Aberdeen Township, which makes commuting straightforward. Raritan Valley Hazlet NJ homes fall within the Hazlet Township Public Schools district. Younger students attend Raritan Valley School on Cresci Boulevard, which shares its name with the neighborhood. Middle schoolers move on to Hazlet Middle School, and high school students attend Raritan High School on Middle Road. Hazlet real estate in this part of town attracts buyers looking for larger lots, more square footage, and a quieter position on the western side of the township without sacrificing access to the Parkway or Route 36.
